International Game Developers Association (IGDA) Membership

All students have a membership of the International Game Developers Association, or IGDA for short. This includes top of the list, free attendance to IGDA events along with several discounts on books, lab equipment and Loot Crate.

Artstation Pro Account

Every student enrolled in Game Art & Animation and 3D Animation & VFX for Film has a Premium Artstation Membership. Students enrolled in these art programs can jumpstart their career with a webstore, blog, community and website customization on their Artstation Pro account.

Admittance to Industry Events

To get industry experience, you must have access to the industry standard equipment and its communities. Every student will have the opportunity to showcase their work at events such as: iFest, SIGGRAPHSeattle Film Summit, Train Jam, GDC (Game Developer's Conference), PAX West, PAX South, Emerald City Comic Con, Geek Girl Con, and many more events. Additionally, we’ll teach you the right way to network leading up to these opportunities.

Industry Connected

With a top-tier industry relations specialist and loyalty status to the video game and film communities, the Academy of Interactive Entertainment have made strong partnerships with studios on a global scale. Students have the opportunity to attend studio tours, exclusive studio events and industry workshops. Our students have gone to do some amazing things, from creating their own studio, to working on big-budget films. Students have the opportunity to meet and learn from industry professionals each week, all year round.
